By engaging Sunraysia Garage Doors (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which apply to all quotes, product sales, installations, servicing, and related work provided by us.

We are a fully accredited dealer of B&D, Australia’s most trusted name in garage doors. We proudly specialise in the supply and installation of B&D products, including panelift, roller, and tilt doors, along with window shutters and gates.

1. 

Services and Products Provided

We offer:

  • Supply and installation of garage doors (panelift, roller, tilt)

  • Repairs and servicing of garage doors and openers

  • Supply and installation of window shutters and gates

  • On-site consultations and free quotes

  • Emergency and maintenance callouts (by availability)

Our products include premium B&D solutions, and installations are completed to B&D’s standards for safety, reliability, and performance.

2. 

Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

  • Quotations are based on the details and site conditions provided at the time. Any significant changes to site access, measurements, or requirements may result in a revised quote.

  • Acceptance of a quote must be confirmed in writing (via email or signed document) prior to scheduling work or ordering materials.

3. 

Deposits and Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required to secure materials and confirm the booking.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Overdue invoices may incur late fees or interest in accordance with applicable laws.

4. 

Product and Installation Warranties

  • B&D Product Warranties: All B&D products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary depending on the specific product and are available upon request or included with your purchase.

  • Workmanship Warranty: We provide a 12-month warranty on our installation workmanship, covering defects related to improper installation.

  • Warranties do not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, or lack of routine maintenance.

5. 

Cancellations, Delays, and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work scheduled may incur a fee to cover costs incurred.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by supply shortages, weather, transport disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If delays occur, we will communicate promptly and offer to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

 

6. 

Site Access and Customer Obligations

  • You must ensure safe, clear access to the installation or service site.

  • Any obstruction, safety hazard, or delay caused by the customer or site conditions may result in additional charges.

  • Please ensure pets, valuables, or obstructions are removed or secured prior to our arrival.

7. 

Ownership and Risk

  • Title of all goods remains with Sunraysia Garage Doors until full payment is received.

  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or installation.

8. 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability for any breach of warranty or statutory guarantee is limited to the replacement, repair, or resupply of the product or service, at our discretion.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage, financial loss, or injury, unless caused by negligence on our part.

9. 

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect data for the purpose of providing services and fulfilling our business obligations.

10. 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising under them will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
